Good day! I am Jimmy, and my goal is to help you lead practically while putting your principles into practice so you can make an impact on the world around you.



I am the co-author of the acclaimed book Faith Acts: A Provocative Call to Live What You Believe.



I currently serve as the Chief Operations Officer for the Chattanooga Community Kitchen (CCK), one of the largest nonprofit, social service agencies in the Southeast United States. I am also the founder and former Executive Director of Relevant Hope, an outreach organization that provides on-site service to the homeless in the greater Chattanooga area.

I received my Doctor of Philosophy degree is in Leadership and Organizational Management from Piedmont International University.



As a writer and author, I have produced work ranging from leadership to Christian apologetics. I am in demand as an expert in leadership and social services. I have been featured on CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, their local media outlets, and several radio and print news media.









I am always in demand for news interviews, writing, consulting, and public speaking engagements.



When I am not speaking, writing, and working, I am at home with my wife of over 15 years, Shay, and our two boys in Chattanooga, TN.

I am an author, speaker, and leader with a passion for developing people into practical leaders who put their principles into practice. I am the co-author of the acclaimed book Faith Acts with best-selling author Dillon Burroughs, the Chief Operations Officer at the Chattanooga Community Kitchen, and an independent leadership consultant to up and coming leaders and start up nonprofit organizations.
